We are taking a close look at Donald Crews books. Today in class we made Sound Pictures. We tried to fill up the picture box with important details. We notice that Donald sometimes ZOOMS in on the important part. He also adds sounds to his stories to make them more interesting.

Music Open House

Just a reminder, Music Open House is this week. You are invited to attend music class on Friday at 8:45-9:15.

Shape Hunt At Home Homework

Your child will be going on a Shape Hunt at home to look for real-world objects that have three-dimensional shapes. You can help by hunting for theses shapes with your child and writing down all the different examples you find. Homework can be sent back to school by Friday. If your child is missing their Shape sheet please send me a note and I will send one home. Thanks!
