On Monday Emily's mom and dad came to KC and showed us how to make pizza!!! We wrote How To Make Pizza stories at Writing time.
We read the following books on Monday to celebrate the Earth. We started writing poems at writing workshop. Many students wrote poems about the Earth.
On Tuesday we loved sharing our favorite books from home! In small groups we shared our favorite books and told why we like it.

| The Queen of Ten came in for a visit!! We figured out that there are 20 more days left in school. The Queen left us with a sheet, she wanted us to write 20 things we learned this year and list 20 things we plan to do this summer!!! |

I am so glad that I found you blog - I love the ideas that you have shared. We also do a slide show at the end of the year. What program do you use? We are using Photostory. Just wondering if there was anything better? I like your idea of the Queen of 10 too. Is that somebody in your school? I have a new blog and would love for you to stop by!
